It’s no secret that social media has taken the world by storm. In fact, according to Nielsen, a global ratings agency, the average user spent no less than 28 minutes a day on Facebook!
And whilst Facebook may be the king of Social Media (for now), users are also spending good time on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and others.
Clearly, Social Media Marketing (SSM) is an important part of any digital marketing strategy. This is especially so if you are targeting Generation Z or even Y- users that are perpetually glued to their Facebook apps!
